Love Island viewers are eagerly waiting tonight’s episode to see which boy is forced to leave the villa after the recoupling.
In the first look video dropped by ITV, Maura Higgins hints at her leaving the show for good.
During a conversation with Curtis Pritchard on the beanbags outside, the Irish model asks him about the time he spent with newcomer Francesca Allen.
“How was your date?” she says and he replies: “Yes, she seems a lovely young lady, nice to get to know her.
“Is anything going to come of it? I don’t know, I quite like talking to you.”
Getting straight to the point, Maura continues: “Are you going to get to know her?”
“I don’t know and I don’t want to lie to you,” the Ballroom and Latin dancer explains honestly.
The following day, everyone is lounging around the villa until Ovie Soko erupts: “I’ve got a text”.
After reading out the recoupling announcement in which the girls choose which boy they would like to couple up with, Maura sits chatting to Molly-Mae Hague about the impending decision she has to make.
“If I choose him to couple up with and he still gets to know her, I swear to God I will pack my bags,” she comments.
Meanwhile, the camera pans to the other side of the villa where Curtis is sitting alongside Francesca having a very flirty chat.
Discussing the heart rate challenge they took part in the night before, she asks: “Who’s kiss did you like more? Mine or Maura’s?”
Finding it initially awkward, Curtis finally responds: “Yours was cute and innocent.”
Depending on the order of which girl chooses, has Francesca got the courage to take Curtis away from Maura?
Alongside this, there is also the possibility Amber Gill could choose Michael Griffiths.
Sitting with Jordan Hames, Michael is told about how is relationship with Joanna is perceived by others in the villa.
“At the moment, from what I see, I’m not sure if I see you and Joanna having as much chemistry as you and Amber. And I know it’s early days and I don’t know how you’re feeling.
“I’m not saying you will do, but if you did change your mind, there would be nothing wrong with that,” Jordan explains.
“Look at Anna [Vakili], she came back with Ovie and now we’re happier than ever, so it can work.”
“It’s not a bad position to be in; Joanna’s unbelievable and Amber’s stunning as well,” Michael comments.
Having not shut down the possibility of returning to Amber, does this mean Michael is regretting choosing Joanna after the Casa Amor twist?
Or is this just part of his game plan to ensure he stays in the competition?
