The telly star tucked into burgers, fried chicken and pizza every day for three weeks to demonstrate the nasty side effects on the human body.
And the 46-year-old gained half a stone in just seven days of over-eating, with Emily admitting even his body odour had changed.
Cameras filmed Peter at home with trainee doctor Emily, 28, who told viewers: "He's basically been banned from the living room because he stinks way too much, from all the burgers this week. And he even smells in bed."
However, the mum-of-two admitted the couple enjoy chocolate and biscuits every day after their kids, four-year-old daughter Amelia, and son Theo, who was born in 2016, are put to bed.
She added: "It is part of our routine, we put the younger kids to bed and sit on the sofa and have a cup of tea and a biscuit or chocolate."
Peter recently revealed he is open to having more kids with second wife Emily.
The star, who has Junior and Princess with ex wife Katie Price, previously told ITV's Lorraine: "You do realise I think, after changing that many nappies, you do start to go 'I’m not sure any more.'
"I’m 45, I reckon I’ve still got a couple of years left in me but I’m not sure."
Viewers got to know Emily when she appeared with Pete on camera on his reality show, My Life.
She won over Pete's fans with her sweet and gentle personality and her great relationship with his children.
Peter proposed to Emily on New Year's Eve 2013.
He popped the question in their baby nursery just days before their daughter Amelia was born.
The couple finally tied the knot in July 2015 in a ceremony in Exeter's Mamhead House.
Peter said: "I couldn't have wished for a better day. I've married the love of my life and I couldn't be happier."
