Adele gets emotional reacting to fan in Las Vegas show
James Blunt has blasted Adele for cancelling her concerts last minute and “disappointing” her fans.
The 49-year-old singer reportedly took a swipe at Adele during a talk in Westminster and said that “she should have turned up”.
As reported by the MailOnline, James was less than impressed when he heard that Adele called off her concerts with less than 24 hours notice in the past.
“I think she should have turned up,” he said.
“People came across the world, paid good money, booked hotel rooms.”

Last year, Adele tearfully cancelled her Las Vegas residency just 24 hours before the opening night due to Covid-related issues.
The award-winning singer said that she was “gutted” and “really upset” as she made the announcement on social media.
Apologising to fans, she said: “I’m gutted – I’m sorry it’s so last-minute, we’ve been awake for over 30 hours trying to figure out and we’ve run out of time.
“I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and so sorry to everyone that travelled to get [to the show].
“I’m really, really sorry.”

One fan, Matt from Minnesota, replied: “You have people who travelled to Vegas for your show!
“They’ve spent thousands of dollars to come see you and this is how you treat them? This is absolutely unacceptable to do to people who spend their hard-earned money to see you!”
The Las Vegas dates were rearranged and she is performing on November 3 and 4 2023, and the show has been extended to June 2024.
In 2017, she also cancelled two shows at Wembley Stadium and told her fans that she had damaged her vocal chords.
