The family of beloved Azaylia Cain have released a touching poem in tribute to the tragic tot.
In a heartbreaking verse to the eight-month-old, who died on Saturday, her loved ones praised "angelic" Azaylia's "radiant smile".
And below a beautiful picture of the child's tiny toes, grandmother Vicky described her as "my world, my everything".
Former footballer Ashley Cainannounced his daughter had died over the weekend. She was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukaemia at just eight weeks old.
Her parents, ex-Coventry City player turned reality star Ashley and partner Safiyya Vorajee, raised more than £1.5m earlier this year to fund specialist treatment in Singapore.
But the 30-year-old dad told his Instagram followers last month that Azaylia had become too ill for the treatment.
In posts announcing her death, Ashley and Safiyya shared pictures of them cuddling their daughter.
Now Azaylia's heartbroken family – including Ashley's mum Vicky and Safiyya's sister Asiya – have shared beautiful pictures and poems dedicated to the little girl.
The poem reads: "Angelic Azaylia, we won't hold you in our arms again or see your radiant smile / But this world is ephemeral and this separation is only for a while / We will play with you forever in the Gardens of Eternity / Sleep in piece my sweet niece, swaddled in God's infinite mercy."

Tom Parker says he's ‘so sad’ over Ashley Cain's daughter Azaylia dying as he continues treatment for brain tumour
Asiya accompanied the poem with a brief but heartfelt tribute.
"We, the Vorajee and Ingar family, express our deepest sympathy and sadness at the loss of my sister's baby daughter, the loss of our niece and the loss of my children's baby cousin," she told OK!.
"May my sister and Azaylia's father be blessed with beautiful patience and strength during this immensely difficult time. Rest in peace sweet princess."
Ashley, who is from Nuneaton and also appeared on reality show Ex On The Beach, had recently posted how Azaylia had a scary moment when she stopped breathing but, after being given oxygen, had settled and was sleeping again.
He then wrote how "her strength to keep bouncing back is incredible".
But nurses had warned that the tot might not survive the weekend.
After the 30-year-old dad announced the devastating news, girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee, 34, added: "You are my Angel my heartbeat my soul, RIP my precious baby, you will always be with me like a handprint on my heart."
The pair had been left shattered when doctors found more tumours and told them the brave little girl could only have "days to live".
Azaylia Diamond Cain was born in August 2020 but just two months later was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia. Ashley and Safiyya raised more than £1.5 million to fund a trip to Singapore for a life-saving transplant, with famous faces donating to the cause, including Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague.
But Azaylia was unable to fly after the terrible news that further tumours had been discovered.
Ashley told fans: "So we had the bone marrow test and the lumbar puncture and bloods taken to send to Singapore in the hope that they could create therapy to save Azaylia's life.
"Then we had to have a CT scan on her head and the results came back the next day to say she's got two very big tumours on her brain.
"They also said that the chemotherapy that is usually given to treat leukaemia in the spine or the brain will not be available because she has too much pressure with these tumours.
"If they tried to go through the spinal tap it would kill her. At that point, our world came down.
"Consultants said that they think she's only got one, two days to live, it could even be that night."
Azaylia had been been receiving treatment at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
Her parents promised to use any surplus funds raised on GoFundMe to help other families in similar situations.
