‘Bachelorette’ contestant Tyler Gwozdz hospitalized after suspected overdose

Tyler Gwozdz, who appeared on Season 15 of “The Bachelorette” with Hannah Brown, was hospitalized after a suspected overdose, TMZ reported Thursday.

Gwozdz, a psychology graduate student, was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after authorities in Boca Raton, Fla., responded to a 911 call last week for a possible overdose, according to the site.

Gwozdz reportedly stayed in the hospital for at least a week and was no longer listed as a “current patient” in the hospital’s system as of Tuesday.

The Florida native was eliminated from the competition after three weeks. He posted about his “Bachelorette” experience in May 2019 when the show began airing, sharing a photo of himself with Brown in front of the Bachelor Mansion and mentioning his nerves upon meeting her for the first time.

TMZ reported that the publication made multiple attempts to contact Gwozdz and his family. Page Six has reached out to ABC for comment.
