Strictly: Bobby Brazier on why he looked deflated after dance
Bobby Brazier, 20, underwent a brave new challenge to help him recover from a hard week on Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Dianne Buswell, 34.
The Glitterball hopeful’s dad Jeff Brazier gave fans an insight into him, his wife and his sons each experiencing an ice bath, which has proven to have many health benefits.
Taking to his Instagram, the presenter shared various posts from the family’s day out, which included a video of the EastEnders star sitting in the bath overlooking Hertfordshire’s idyllic views.
To help them recover from the ice-cold experience, the four then went on to have a sauna session.
Alongside the posts, Jeff said it was “great to help” Bobby “recover for another week of hard work”.

He went on to thank Strictly viewers for voting for his son and Dianne as they made it through to another week on the show.
On Saturday, the dancing duo impressed the judges with their Viennese Waltz routine to JVKE’s song Golden Hour.
Bobby’s efforts were awarded 32 out of 40 points by the judges, with the highest score being a nine from Anton Du Beke.
The pair’s latest performance comes after Dianne addressed viewers’ concerns about her emotional display earlier this month.
While chatting to Claudia Winkleman, the dancer struggled to hold back tears as she referred to Bobby as her “rock” and leaned into his chest for a hug.

At the time, many were wondering if something had happened between her and boyfriend Joe Sugg, who she danced with on the show in 2018.
In a Q&A on her YouTube channel this week, however, Dianne revealed that hearing sad family news from back home in Australia is what triggered her emotions.
Dianne spilled: “I thought I would be very upfront and honest with you all.
“Last week I got some news about my dad’s health and I won’t go into detail, but obviously that affected me.
“Being away from home and not being able to support and help your family in a time of need is quite a difficult thing so I did struggle a little bit last week in terms of that.”
The red-haired beauty went on to say her family had plans to fly over to the UK for Christmas and watch her on Strictly, but she will now travel to them.
“There is a little road ahead for my dad but I believe 100 percent he is going to be fine and we are all going to get through it together,” she added.
“Regardless if I go home with a Glitterball or not I will still go home and have a hot Christmas.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One.
