Carol Vorderman sports leopard print dress for Vogue dinner
Carol Vorderman’s age-defying physique was on show on Wednesday night as she attended a dinner hosted by British Vogue, after the fashion bible included her in its top 25 most influential women list.
The former Countdown star, once said to be the highest paid woman in television, has been making waves with her divisive political views, even urging Home Secretary Suella Braverman to stand down over her stance on immigration.
The 62-year-old wore a bold and bright leopard print dress for the event, pairing it with what seemed to be a chunky black leather belt to cinch in her slim and svelte waist.
She told 877,000 Twitter (X) followers that she’d been readying herself for the lavish bash with “a little smile on my face”.
Swaying her hips as she walked before posing from the side for the camera, she announced gleefully: “Off to @BritishVogue dinner for Vogue 25 this evening!”

“I’m normally in my scruffs so I thought I’d share a rare occasion of dressing up!”
Meanwhile, over on Instagram, she shared the details of her sensational outfit in a video shot at private members’ club Home House in London.
The This Morning star explained that her dress was from Michael Kors, while her belt was handmade by Ukrainian brand Hinkelman, which prides itself on using all natural materials.
Carol has been vocal about her support for Ukraine as the war-torn country battles the Russian invasion, and it seems she has now been able to support local businesses there through her fashion choices.

Fans on social media praised her “transformation”, with @ben.a.mcc marvelling that she had aged “like a fine wine”.
“Looking fabulous our Carol!” added @bobwarans, while @cameraman311 declared: “Very appealing in every way…”
In her Vogue interview last month, she’d joked that she was “a bit of a troublemaker” over her recent political comments, which included telling Suella Braverman she was “ashamed” of her and felt she was “utterly undeserving” of her governmental position.
Meanwhile, Carol was “thrilled” to have been voted one of British Vogue’s top 25 women, chuckling on Instagram: “The other 24 are unbelievable, whereas I’m not sure how I’ve slipped in!”
Flicking through the pages of the magazine to the tune of the Madonna track ‘Vogue’, she exclaimed: “I tell you what, I am thrilled to have been chosen by [the publication].”
Meanwhile, Carol is also gearing up for another event which will no doubt see her embracing uncompromising glamour again – the Pride of Britain Awards.
She’s been presenting the show for almost 25 years, since her debut back in 1999 – and yesterday she honoured the “extraordinary” contestants in an emotional post ahead of the 2023 event, declaring that they “change lives and give us hope in humanity itself”.
