Dan Osborne, 32, undergoes a hair transplant after candidly revealing he had become ‘paranoid’ about his thinning locks
Dan Osborne has shared a glimpse of his hair transplant after revealing how he had become paranoid about his thinning locks.
The former TOWIE star, 32, visited the British Hair Clinic in Brentwood, Essex on Monday and candidly shared his insecurities before undergoing the procedure.
In a video posted to the clinic’s YouTube page Dan debuted a shaved head after having to cut his hair before the operation could take place.
He said: ‘I’m a bit paranoid about these corners here, my hairline isn’t terrible but these little corners, because of football and training when I am sweating I can really see it’.
Dan then changed into a blue hospital gown before Celebrity surgeon Dr Zabeeh drew on the guide for his new hairline.

Laying back the TV star gave the thumbs up as two nurses got to work on the procedure known as a FUE hair transplant procedure.
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) consists of removing hair bulbs individually from the nape of the neck and inserting into the scalp.
Dr Zabeeh said: ‘Dan’s FUE hair transplant procedure was a straight forward and successful one’.
He went on to explain: ‘Hair loss of the existing hair (non-transplanted) can be exacerbated due to high levels of DHT in their blood’.
‘DHT is a form of testosterone responsible for classic male pattern hair loss. Fit young men who train regularly have slightly elevated levels meaning they are more likely to have hair loss due to higher DHT levels’.
Before adding: ‘This means, without non-surgical management of the non-transplanted hair, they may need to come back in a few years to have further surgery. Dan was advised to maintain his existing hair using a combination of medication and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment’.
Other celebs to have visited the British Hair Clinic include TOWIE’s Kirk Norcross and Junaid Ahmed as well as Hollyoaks’ Jamie Lomas.
It comes after Dan revealed how wife Jacqueline Jossa was ‘excited and worried’ about the return of her EastEnders character Lauren Branning.
