Dua Lipa Wore a Floral Dress With Pierced (Yes, Pierced!) UGG Boots

Is there anything that Dua Lipa can’t do? Just asking for a friend.

The “Sweetest Pie” singer knows how to bring the heat on stage, but the reason we can’t stop stalking her Instagram isn’t because of her pipes. We’re refreshing her IG feed non-stop to make sure we don’t miss an outfit post because Dua has been serving some incredible fall fashion inspiration these past few weeks and it’s time to take notes on her ~transitional~ ensembles for colder weather.

For example: want to get a couple more wears out of your summer-y mini dresses? Reach for (not your grandma’s) sheer stockings like Miss Dua did with this luxe brown silk dress. Or feel like playing around with more daring fashion trends? Get comfy in a pair of super wide-legged ‘90s-style jeans like Dua did in NYC.

Her most recent outfit comes courtesy of a classic Dua Lipa photo dump. The cover photo is of the singer posing against a psychedelic background of blue and green bubbles, glancing over her shoulder and letting her dark hair fall naturally down her back. Dua wore a sheer yellow floral dress from KNWLS with a cropped green bolero cardigan and carried a brown leather bag.

The second photo reveals the unexpected accessory that became the star of her outfit — her shoes. Dua has worn cowboy boots, sky-high heels, and even pantaboots, so you’d think that she couldn’t surprise us any more than she already has when it comes to footwear, right? Wrong — Dua Lipa showed off a high-fashion pair of pierced UGG boots in a photo taken in the backseat of a car.

The pop star paired her flowy mini dress and pant set with an edgy version of your favorite comfy shoe straight from the UGG x KNWLS collection that debuted during London Fashion Week. The fluffy, chestnut brown UGG boots are pierced with hoops along the suede sheepskin fabric, adding a rock ‘n roll twist to the cozy fall staple. “Dangerous and comfortable,” described designers Charlotte Knowles and Alexandre Arsenault to British Vogue. “We love shoes that feel hostile, nostalgic, and futuristic.”

While the collaboration isn’t available for purchase just yet, there are plenty of top-tier UGG picks that you can browse in the meantime. Here are some of our favorites.
