Rebecca Loos spoke candidly about leaving her life as a reality star behind and starting fresh in Norway with new husband Sven.
The mother-of-two is well-known for appearances on Celebrity X Factor, The Farm and Love Island.
She also hit headlines over an alleged affair with David Beckham in 2003.
Looking back on that period of her life, Rebecca insisted she would be honest with her sons about her past.
"I made a lot of bad decisions, I trusted a lot of people I shouldn’t have," she exclusively told OK!.
"I used to leave the house at 9pm and come home at 6am. Now I’m in bed by 9pm and up at 6am! My life has literally turned around.
"It had ups and downs but when motherhood came along, life changed. It was a gift to move here. I have different priorities.”
Rebecca added sons Magnus and Liam know about her "naughty side" and posing topless in magazines.
"I’m very open about everything," she insisted. "They know Mummy’s been a naked model and been on the cover of Playboy.
"They’ll make mistakes in life too, and that’s OK. They know their mummy has a naughty side!”
Reality TV fans will remember Rebecca's now famous appearance on The Farm, which saw her tasked with extracting semen from a pig.
The moment was watched by 1.6million people and was one of the most controversial scenes on TV at the time.
Rebecca admitted feeling "used for ratings and notoriety" and believed producers "picked me for that incident with the pig".
Reflecting on the incident, Rebecca commented: "But I don’t hold anything against anyone [in the industry] or feel anger.
"I believe the challenges in our life are what make us better people, they give our lives meaning."
Rebecca has now shunned the limelight and is a trained medical assistant in Oslo, where she worked on the frontline during the coronavirus pandemic.
She's also become a yoga teacher and regularly shares insights into her fitness regime on Instagram.
She met husband Sven while working on 71 Degrees North in 2008 and they married in a small ceremony in 2012.
Rebecca explained some thought she was "mad" for jumping into a relationship with Sven but insisted: "But look at everything I have now, I am so happy. I have no regrets, I am so happy with my life now. But many people are so afraid of change."
