Jenna Jameson in hospital with Guillain-Barré Syndrome as she’s ‘unable to walk’

Jenna Jameson has been hospitalised with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which has left her unable to walk.

In a video taken from her hospital bed in Hawaii on Monday, the former adult film star revealed that she would most likely not return home soon until her treatment was complete.

"I'm dealing with a little syndrome called Guillain-Barré," she said in the video before expressing her gratitude to fans for their support.

The 47 year old added in her caption: "Hey guys, first of all thank you for all the love and support through my DMs. I see each and every one of you, and I appreciate it."

Jenna continued: "The doctors suspect Guillain-Barré syndrome and have started my IVIG treatment.

"I am in the hospital and will likely remain here until treatment is complete. I hope to be out of here soon."

Guillain-Barré Syndrome is a rare and serious autoimmune condition that affects the nerves, causing weakness, pain and paralysis.

Symptoms may worsen before eventually getting better over a few weeks, and some people are even left with permanent nerve damage.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star added that the illness was not due to the Covid-19 jab, as she did not receive it.

"PS I did NOT get the jab or any jab. This is NOT a reaction to the jab. Thank you for your concern," she explained.

Days earlier, Jenna's fiance, Lior Bitton, posted on her Instagram account where he explained that she had been "throwing up for a couple weeks" and was not "feeling so good".

The 48-year-old businessman, who shares a four year old daughter, Batel, with Jenna, wrote: "She wasn't able to walk to the bathroom.

"She was falling on the way back or to the bathroom, and then I would have to pick her up and take her to bed.

"And then within two days, it got really not so good. Her legs started to not hold her. She wasn't able to walk."

Lior, who got engaged to Jenna in 2019, added: "Today is her third day in the hospital. The hospital did CT, MRI and Spinal Tap tests.

"Waiting to find out what's going on and how we can treat her so she can get better and feel better."

Jenna was flooded with well-wishes with one person commenting: "I'm praying for you queen!!! You got this."

Another wrote: "Thank you for updating us, mommas!! Thinking of you and sending all the positive vibes!!"

A third added: "We love you and are praying for you sweetheart!"
