Exactly a week after her ex-husband Peter Andre revealed that he and new wife Emily Macdonagh are expecting another baby together, Katie Price has opened up on plans to herself welcome another child.
Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, the mum-of-five, 45, claimed to be "very maternal" and claimed she's desperate to add another tot to her already-large brood.
Asked by sister Sophie – with whom she fronts the podcast – if she would ever like to welcome another baby, former glamour model Katie enthusiastically replied: "Yes!"
"I would love another baby or more, that's just a no-brainer. I'm just very maternal, I love babies," she insisted, before Sophie pointed out Katie was the more maternal sibling when the pair were growing up, to which the TV star replied: "I love it."
Katie is already single mum to son Harvey, 21, whom she welcomed with former footballer flame Dwight Yorke.
She also shares son Junior, 18, daughter Princess, 16, with Aussie ex Peter, who announced last week that he and Emily are expecting what will be their third child together.
Peter, 50 – who is also dad to nine-year-old Amelia and Theo, six, with his doctor wife – broke the happy news on social media with a baby scan photo, writing: "We are delighted to share the news with you all. A new addition to our family in 2024.
"The kids are so excited. So are we."
But speaking on the podcast, Katie – who also shares nine-year-old son Jett and eight-year-old daughter Bunny with another ex-partner Kieran Hayler – also she admitted she has found that having a child when you are older is "hard".
"Try and have them as late as I have. I started young – just remember as you get older it's not easy," she said, as if giving a word of warning to ex Pete.
Katie previously opened up on her heartache after revealing that she and on-off partner Carl Woods had recently suffered a failed IVF attempt.
Speaking as a guest on Michelle Visage's Rule Breakers podcast in August, the ex-I'm A Celeb star explained: "I tried IVF last year and it failed – so I'm going to try again, try again. I'm not giving up. I need more babies."
After US star Michelle then probed her deeper by asking, "Do you have frozen eggs?", Katie responded, "No, unfortunately I can only use what I've got."
