Heidi Klum split up with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore while she was pregnant with his child, with the German model and America’s Got Talent star forming a relationship with pop star Seal.
Seal later adopted Leni after birth, and Flavio appeared until recent years to have little or no involvement in his daughter’s life.
This has all changed this summer, with Flavio taking to Instagram to share snippets of their lavish summer holiday.
Leni and Flavio were joined in snaps by her half-brother, Nathan Falco Briatore, who is from the businessman’s marriage to actress Elisabetta Gregoraci.
In one picture shared on his Instagram, Flavio can be seen sitting in the middle of his son and daughter on the yacht.

Leni showed off her amazing modeling figure, as she wowed in a red plunging strappy bikini.
Another snap shared by Flavio showed the family sitting at a home dinner party with a cake reading: “Welcome Leni.”
The son and daughter duo appear to be making up for lost time now, but their relationship was not always so good.
Heidi and Italian Formula One manager Flavio first went public with their relationship in March 2003.

The German model then announced her pregnancy just months later, but while she was expecting the couple went their separate ways.
America’s Got Talent judge Heidi then began a relationship, as stated, with Seal, who adopted Leni officially when she was five years old.
Her name was changed to Helene Samuel, the singer’s name, but she now appears to go by her mom’s surname Olumi Klum on her Instagram page.
Flavio explained in recent years that it “made sense” for Seal to adopt Leni “because a child needs to grow up in a family”.
Heidi and Seal went their separate ways in 2012 and their divorce was finalized two years later.
Speaking to Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera in 2016, Flavio said: “It’s hard to miss a baby that you never see. But I know that Leni is not an abandoned child.
“Leni is part of Seal’s family and Nathan is part of mine.”
He did however say at the time he spoke to his daughter for two hours a day on the phone but “it wasn’t enough”.
Their pair appear to be making up for lost time now.
