The Love Island boys have proved that being single is more fun as they left the Love Island reunion party in jubilant spirits – in stark contrast to the glum-looking couples that attended the party.
George Tasker, 23, Ikenna Ekwonna, also 23, and Jay Younger, 28, were clearly in a great mood as they all smiled as they left the party together in a car, no doubt on their way to another afterparty.
The Love Island cast of the 2022 series all reunited on Thursday night for the Love Island reunion party, which was hosted by Laura Whitmore and will be screened on Sunday night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
The boys joyful expressions were a lot different to some of their counterparts on the show, as Luca Bish, 23, and Gemma Owen, 19, were seen looking glum as they left the party.
As the photographer told Luca "you've got your hands full there", the reality star quipped: "Oh don't mate, she's got the right hump with me!" – suggesting their romance could be on the rocks already, just a few days after they left the villa.
Antigoni Buxton hosted the afterparty, which was attended by most of the Love Islanders from this year's show, however, Gemma Owen, 19, Luca Bish, 23, Tasha Ghouri, 23, Andrew Le Page, 27, Indiyah Polack, 23, and Dami Hope, 26, apparently snubbed the party.
This year's winners, Turkish actress Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 27, and her Italian beau Davide Sanclimenti, 27, also weren't in attendance and the MailOnline reports that Ekin-Su and Davide instead were seen in London's Soho, no doubt to enjoy some quality time alone together as a couple away from the whirlwind that has engulfed them since winning the hit ITV2 show.
Davide took to Instagram today to post a sweet selfie with Ekin-Su, describing her as his "Queen", as he let his followers know that they were each going to spend some quality time with their families but will "see each other soon".
The loved-up winners looked cute as they matched in yellow outfits, with Ekin-Su in a sweet flower printed matching co-ord, and Davide in a yellow polo shirt.
Alongside the snap he wrote: "A couple of days with our families.. And I'll see my Queen soon". Ekin-Su then reposted the post to her own Instagram stories, describing him as "My King".
Davide's post comes after Casa Amor's George Tasker alluded to some drama at the Love Island reunion on Thursday as he travelled down to London on the train and answered some fan Q&A's.
As he posted a video of himself looking pensive, a fan asked: "Do you think there will be drama [at the reunion]?", to which he answered: "Who knows" with an eye emoji.
George entered the Casa Amor villa alongside five other bombshell boys, including Ronan Keating's son Jack, and he and Turkish actress, Ekin-Su got to know each other, even sharing a kiss or two, before Ekin-Su returned to the main villa single, where Davide was waiting for her, also single.
George was then dumped from the villa, having not found someone to couple up with.
