Lucy Verasamy could be seen enjoying the great outdoors in her latest social media offering. The ITV weather presenter appeared to be at one with nature as she struck a pose by a loch in Scotland.
Lucy highlighted her incredible figure and toned pins in a pair of tight leggings and a green outdoor coat.
She teamed her ensemble with a pair of wellington boots and stylish sunglasses in order to be ready for all weather conditions.
The TV star posted her pictures online in order to highlight mental health awareness week, which this year is focusing on nature.
The campaign wants to encourage people to get outside and experience the benefits for themselves.
In another picture, Lucy stood in a field of ferns at the Cairngorms National Park.
It would seem that the sun came out for her day trip, as her coat was tied around her waist.
As well as sunglasses, she sported a black roll neck jumper and wore her dark tresses loose for the photograph.
Other images showed the stunning scenery and the local wildlife.
“Looking at snaps of a staycation last year – nothing beats being in Nature,” Lucy captioned her holiday photos.
“Nature is the theme for #mentalhealthawareness week this year.
“The @mentalhealthfoundation say Nature is central to psychological & emotional health and is our greatest untapped resource for a mentally healthy future.
She signed off with the hashtags “#connectwithnature and #mentalhealthawarenessweek.”

According to her Instagram account, Lucy visited Scotland in August last year.
The trip was to mark her 40th birthday.
During the vacation, she also visited the secluded beaches of Handa Island, part of the Inner Hebrides.
The island is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to its birdlife and maritime vegetation.
Earlier this week, Lucy headed to Jersey to film an advert for Marks and Spencer.
She posted some behind-the-scenes pictures on the microblogging site after rustling up some recipes with chef Chris Baber.
The presenter looked topically stylish in a striped top for the recording.
She captioned her post: “Filming in sunny Jersey & rustling up some recipes with @chrisbaber. Behind the scenes. #Jersey #JerseyRoyals @marksandspencer #ad #FreshMarketUpdate #Ad #Spring #Farmers #Recipes.”
