Mauricio Umansky has officially moved on from Kyle Richards with… his Dancing with the Stars partner?!?
Guess the rumors are true: things really do get hawt on the dance floor! Romance rumors are now soaring after the DTWS pro and real estate agent were spotted getting incredibly flirty during a dinner date at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills on Sunday night! And it’s pretty hard to deny sparks were flying!
For starters, Page Six snagged photos of the possible new couple holding hands as they left the restaurant. Well, then! Nobody’s holding hands with their colleague, now are they? But there’s more!
An eyewitness also revealed they KISSED! The partners were reportedly seated at the bar getting cozy when they locked lips a few times. Emma had her arm wrapped around the Buying Beverly Hills star’s waist in the restaurant’s parking lot, too. Cute! Altogether, the date lasted about three hours, which is honestly a while considering how they’re already spending most of their time together these days rehearsing for the show!
Neither of the stars has hinted at the romance yet, but just check out the way they looked at each other! It’s obvious they’re catching feelings!

Aw!
You can see even more pics of their apparent date night HERE.
Of course, this comes just weeks after Mauricio finally confirmed his separation from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who has been rumored to be dating country musician Morgan Wade (though they all deny something romantic is going on). Interestingly, the couple has not filed for divorce and the patriarch had been pretty clear they weren’t giving up the fight. But, uhhh, these pics would say otherwise!
The dancer, for her part, split from fellow DWTS co-star and her former husband of four years, Sasha Farber, in August 2022. So, the timing was right for both of ‘em, and well, the body talks! Guess all of Mauricio’s smooth moves won her over!
Reactions?! Can you believe they’re dating??
