Meryl Davis hits the runway during the Laureus Fashion Show Gala held at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan on Tuesday (September 10) in New York.
The 32-year-old Olympic ice skating champion was joined by gymnast Katelyn Ohashi, who did a cartwheel down the catwalk.
The fashion show was held to support Laureus’ mission to improve the lives of youth and unite communities through the power of sport.
“I had so much fun joining @laureus_usa these last few days for their #sportsforgood Fashion Gala in NYC alongside some very special guests! Laureus USA is a grant-making, nonprofit organization that supports the growth and deepens the impact of programs that use sport for social change. Sport certainly has the power to bridge gaps between communities, bring people together, inspire and teach invaluable lessons to each of us,” Meryl wrote on Instagram. “Thank you @laureussport for having me and for celebrating the power of sport. I’m very excited to see the tremendous impact your work will continue to have on young people in the US and around the world!”
