Metallica have unveiled pro-shot footage of a video showcasing the acoustic version of their 1986 track “Disposable Heroes.”
The song will appear on the band’s upcoming album Helping Hands… Live & Acoustic At The Masonic, which was recorded during the Helping Hands Benefit Concert in November.
The 12-track LP is set for release on February 1, and will be available at independent and digital retail around the world, all streaming services that feature Metallica’s music.
The concert and auction raised more than $1.3 million, which will go to All Within My Hands Foundation’s efforts with partners at Feeding America and the American Association of Community Colleges.
The heavy metal band is set to kick off the UK and Europe leg of their World Wired tour in May 2019.
