Mrs Hinch gives rare insight into parenthood as she details sons tantrums ‘They bicker a lot’

She shares two sons with her husband and Mrs Hinch – real name Sophie Hinchliffe – has opened up about what life is like as a mum of boys.

The cleaning guru said sons Ronnie, four, and two-year-old Lennie bicker a lot. But despite their ‘tantrums’, she loves everything about them.

Sophie exclusively told OK!, “There’s 22 months between them, but recently it feels like they’ve caught up in age.

“They’re very close, which is lovely, but they bicker a lot – I think that’s just brothers though."

The 33-year-old added that the pair are “very boisterous” but also “very polite” and “loving”.

Opening up on her and husband Jamie's parenting styles, Sophie said, “Thankfully Jamie and I are very chill parents, so there’s no ‘good cop’ or ‘bad cop’ between us.”

She added, “I love everything about being a mum, it’s just so rewarding.

“There’s times I just think ‘I’m so blessed to be able to love these little people. I love everything about it, even the tantrums.”

In the past, Sophie has admitted she was a “little scared” for what was to come as a mum of two young boys.

Sharing a playful video of them last year on Instagram, Sophie wrote, “We had dinner at nanny and grandad's.

"Watching them like this makes me feel so excited but a little scared for what's to come. I reckon a lot of play fighting is on the way."

Ronnie was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease – a condition that mainly affects children under the age of five, which causes blood vessels to become inflamed and swollen – and Sophie has been raising awareness ever since.

She’s also spoken about how he encountered speech delay growing up but has since overcome it.

Earlier this year, she told Giovanna Fletcher on her Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, “My first, Ron, had speech delay, so we went through a lot of speech therapy and still go.

“I wasn’t prepared for that, but when I had Len, I didn’t know any different. So when Len started saying these words that I’d literally waited years to hear from Ron and I was hearing them, I was like – I couldn’t believe it."

She continued, "I was thinking, ‘How beautiful.’ But, at the end of the day, it makes no difference.

“Their own time is the perfect time. Ron spoke when he wanted to speak, he was just taking it all in. And if I never had a word from him ever, I knew what he was thinking anyway.

“I guess it’s a mother’s instinct – he could look at me, make a sound and I knew what he meant.”

Sophie told OK! the boys are now “doing great”.
