Facebook has unveiled a series of selfie filters for fans of the heavy metal band Slipknot ahead of the release of their forthcoming album, We Are Not Your Kind.
Fans can now sample all 9 of the band members’ trademark onstage masks, which will be superimposed on their selfies.
We Are Not Your Kind is a follow-up to Slipknot’s 2014 album, .5: THE GRAY CHAPTER, and is due out on August 9 via Roadrunner Records.
The social media platform has also released a range of cartoon face filters inspired by Guns N’ Roses‘ 1987 album, Appetite For Destruction for a chance to win the band’s Locked N’ Loaded boxset, which has been described as “one true GN’R Holy Grail” for fans.
