Pippa Middleton has reportedly splashed out £15 million on a sprawling new mansion in Berkshire with her husband James Matthews.
The 39 year old, who is the younger sister of the Princess of Wales, 40, is believed to have moved from west London to the county with James, 47, and their three children, Arthur, three, Grace, one, and newborn daughter Rose.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, previously lived in a stunning home in Chelsea, which investment banker James purchased in 2015 for £17 million.
Pippa will now be closer to her older sister as well as her parents and younger brother James, 35.
Michael and Carole Middleton live in Bucklebury, with Pippa's reported new mansion being around a 20-minute drive away. Meanwhile James and his wife Alizee purchased a farmhouse in Berkshire for £1.45m last year.
"Pippa and her family are thrilled," a friend of Pippa told the Daily Mail. "It’s a very exciting time in their lives. They are looking forward to living closer to her parents."
Kate recently moved out of Kensington Palace and into Adelaide Cottage with her husband Prince William, 40, and their three children, Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and four year old Prince Louis.

The Wales' new pad is located on the Windsor Estate in Berkshire, meaning Kate's younger sister is now just around the corner.
Pippa and James have purchased a Georgian mansion which underwent an extensive renovation while in the hands of its previous owner.
The sale is believed to have been carried out in private, as it was known that the property was on the market.
The £15m mansion boasts 30 rooms and is surrounded by outdoor space, where Pippa and James' three children can play with their royal cousins.
"It’s a far more impressive property than any of those on the Windsor estate, apart from the castle," a local resident told the Daily Mail.
It's not known if the couple have opted to keep their west London home, but in July a removals lorry was seen parked outside the property.
