Sam Faiers, who recently revealed she already has her third baby's name picked out, has sat down with her sister Billie Shepherd to discuss the "pressure" that comes after welcoming a baby.
The TOWIE favourite, 31, said the pressure new mums are under to "get back in their jeans" is "ridiculous" as she spoke on the latest episode of her and Billie's podcast, The Sam and Billie Show.
"Being in the public eye or not, when you're a mum and you have a baby, there is so much pressure," she began. "It's ridiculous for people to 'get back in their jeans' or 'spring back.'
"And I actually think, no. It's only from what you're reading on online forums and social media."
31 year old Billie – who is mum to Nelly, seven, and Arthur, four, with her husband Greg Shepherd – weighed in on the conversation by saying: "I think there is just so much focus on body image after you've had a baby. Whether that's you showing off how amazing you look or showing off you've still got your stretch marks…"
Sam went on to reveal her experience with losing baby weight after welcoming her children Paul, six, and Rosie, three, with her partner Paul Knightly.
"I breastfed both of mine exclusively, and I did eventually lose my baby weight – not massively with Rosie! Just saying, I'm still carrying it. But with little Paul, I didn't bounce back or spring back. I just took my time with it," she said.
"Because some people do naturally lose weight and it falls off them like you can't believe. They can't help it, it's just what happens to their body, and others, it's stubborn and sticks around for donkey's years! We're all different."
Billie said that she found she lost her baby weight much quicker with her youngest Arthur: "There's no right or wrong way of doing it.
"With Nelly, I put on a lot of weight everywhere. I still had a bump, but afterwards, I felt I had a bit of weight everywhere.

"But with Arthur, I was all like baby bump, and after I had him, quite shortly after, I felt I lost my baby weight a lot quicker than I did with Nelly."
Sam then addressed how it "doesn't matter" how quick other mums lose their baby weight, as everyone's bodies are "different" after giving birth.
Speaking to Billie, she said: "You had your kids and naturally after Arthur, you lost your baby weight naturally. You didn't go out of your way to lose weight, do a fad diet, and train every day. That happened to you."
She continued: "That didn't happen to me with Rosie, and I exclusively breastfed, when apparently when you breastfeed, you lose your weight like that, that didn't happen for me.
"I just think, again, that proves even though Billie wasn't out there trying to lose her baby weight it just happened naturally for her, everybody is different and you really shouldn't put yourself under pressure and compare yourself to anybody because it is really hard to do that.
"You might look at some people – celebrities or influencers – and you're like, 'Oh my god, she's got a six-pack and her baby is like one.' It doesn't matter."
