Love Island star Scott Thomas has admitted his party lifestyle is a thing of the past, while opening up on whether or not he’s ready to settle down.
The 32 year old, who lives in a very stylish bachelor pad, went teetotal for twelve months, in a bid to change his lifestyle.
Telling OK! Online about his reasons behind this, Scott said: “It allowed me to spend more time where it was needed to be spent, to invest in myself and my businesses and have a clear head to constantly push opportunities and not settle for just ‘OK’.

“I’m so glad that I did it and a healthier lifestyle is one that I will always follow.
“However, this year I’m trying to not put as much pressure on myself as I want to be able to enjoy special occasions when they arise.
“I will never go back to my old ‘party’ lifestyle, but now that I understand that balance is key, I know I can feel good and also enjoy life – as we say at Food4Thoughts, everything in balance and moderation.”

The reality star told us: “I feel like last year I was mainly working on myself and getting to a position where I really felt comfortable with myself.
“I am now much more open to the prospect of having a girlfriend, but I’m not rushing anything, I know that when you feel good, you attract good things, and that is where I’m at.

Scott also admitted that he’s looking for someone smart, who will “challenge him,” and make him “think differently.”
“A down to earth girl who appreciates the simple things in life is very attractive to me,” Scott added.
Despite being in lockdown, Scott has been very busy as the Director of The Social PR and Food4Thoughts.
Launched while in lockdown, Scott talked us through his new nutrition business, and how it came about.
“My close friend Eden taught me the importance of understanding calories, and that you can still eat what you want and also have the body shape that you want,” Scott explained.
He continued: “When I started to alter my approach to food, it changed my whole outset on living a healthy lifestyle.
“I was eating more food, but fewer calories. All the foods I used to think that I couldn’t eat (bread, pizza, chips, chocolate) I still eat, as long as the calories are right for me. I committed to a food plan, which was tailored to include my favourite foods, and the main thing was, it made me accountable.
“Eden started to coach me and checked in on me everyday via WhatsApp, advising me every step of the way and celebrating the small wins that ultimately built up into a complete fitness and lifestyle transformation.

“We realised there was a huge gap in the market for this kind of service because people need day-to-day support and accountability.
“We decided to launch this as a side business but as the demand was huge so it just grew and grew, it has now become what I say is my ‘calling in life’. My passion is to make people feel good about themselves, without restricting their lifestyle, and that’s what a Food4Thoughts plan gives you.”
