Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have announced the happy news that they have welcomed their baby girl.
The Loose Women presenter shared pictures of the new arrival on Instagram, revealing that the little one arrived on her birthday.
In one photo, Stacey and Joe’s newborn daughter is seen in a pink babygrow surrounded by the hands of her mum, dad, and brothers.
‘She’s Here 🤍 Born at Pickle Cottage on mummy’s birthday,’ Stacey penned. ‘Our little girl… Happy birthday my darling daughter… We all love you more than you could ever imagine.
‘Your brothers, your daddy and I are so in love. Thank you for the most incredible 9 months. Now we cannot wait for the rest of our lives with you.’
It is the first daughter for both Stacey and Joe. Stacey, 32, has older sons Zach, 13, and Leighton, nine, as well as two-year-old Rex with fiancé Joe, while the former soap star is dad to son Harry, 13, with ex Emma Sophocleous.
Sharing a picture of her baby scan to break the happy news in June, Stacey said on Instagram: ‘We are growing another pickle. We’ve never felt so grateful… I have no words. We didn’t think we would get the chance.
‘We love you all to the moon and back. Lots of love From Me, Joe, Harry, Zach, Leighton, Rex, and our little pickle.’
The couple, who have delayed their wedding until after their daughter’s birth, revealed they had had miscarriages in the journey to becoming parents again.
The mum-of-four wrote alongside a video of a negative pregnancy test as well as a form reading ‘complete miscarriage’, adding: ‘For a really long time we have been trying for another pickle… It didn’t work out and this was our news quite a few times…
‘We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys. It is our biggest privilege in life and we are so grateful to be parents so we stopped trying and counted ourselves so so so blessed already…’
Stacey revealed she put off taking a test in case it was bad news, but was elated to find out she was indeed expecting.
