Victoria Beckham has shared a rare inside look at the dynamics of her family life with husband David Beckham and their youngest child, 12 year old daughter Harper Beckham.
The superstar couple, who are parents to four kids, still spend a great deal of time with their grown-up kids Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 18, and the boys are regularly seen out and about in photos with them.
Yet it's unusual to see the couple enjoying regular day-to-day moments at home with their pre-teen.
Sharing a snap of the three of them focused on a live video exercise session together, the former Spice Girls singer declared: "Family workout!!" over the top.
The 49 year old fashion designer showed off her lean figure as she posed in a black tank top, matching capri leggings, and white trainers.
Harper had her hands on her hips as she stretched one leg in a pair of black high-waisted shorts and a crop top for the work-out, and both she and her mum scraped their straight tresses back into a simple bun.
Footballer David, 48, meanwhile, opted for a loose white T-shirt, pink shorts, white socks and a pair of pastel-coloured trainers. All three used a pink yoga mat as they got stuck in to the session.
Fans could also catch a glimpse of the millionaire family's incredible back garden and home gym set-up, which came complete with dumbbells, weights and exercise bikes.
The cement-floor courtyard featured a grey garden seat, an array of trees, and an incredibly high wall to protect their privacy.
It comes amid the reveal that Harper also has her own £100k luxury treehouse as part of her parents' £12m home in the Cotswolds.
David and Victoria put in planning permission to build the structure just a year after purchasing their massive estate in 2016, and wanted it as a fantastic garden feature for all of their children.
But with all the others now grown-up and embarking on their own careers, it's most likely used by Harper day-to-day.
The impressive structure was built around a large oak tree and sits on stilts. It also has a big wraparound balcony for the Beckham kids to sit on.
At the time, planning permission showed that the impressive treehouse was to cost the Beckhams around £100,000 and is 4.5m x 4.5m in length and width, and 4.275m high, covering a ground space of 15.6 square metres.
