Terry Crews is a man of many talents. This month’s Men’s Health cover star is an actor, author, activist, and devoted husband and father, but perhaps his greatest skill is in making his pecs dance like Fred and Ginger. And now, you too can learn how to master this art, thanks to an instructional video Crews has shared on Instagram.

In the collegiate course “Pec Popping 101,” Professor Crews informs students that “practice makes perfect,” before showing off the signature move. He is currently hosting Season 14 of America’s Got Talent, but with this kind of party trick, he should really be a contestant.
The video is just the latest example of Crews showing off his comedy chops—and his huge physique. He is one of the most jacked men in Hollywood, a title which has helped him earn a role in the action franchise The Expendables, but he’s arguably won over more fans for his hilarious portrayal of Sgt. Terry Jeffords in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. And then, of course, there is his deeply memorable performance in White Chicks, in which he sings along to “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton.
Crews shared a handful of his fitness tips with Men’s Health during a recent goat yoga session—and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. “I train my arms probably twice a week,” he said. “These arms are something I’ve always wanted to have big ever since I was like fifteen years old.” He also revealed that he does four sets of pull-ups per workout, until failure: “The first set I usually get about thirty in, and then it climbs from there.”
And his advice for benching more weight is surprisingly similar to his advice for pec popping: “It takes lots and lots of practice.”
