A HOMESTEADER has given his followers a tour of his 17-acre farm, including his so-called hobbit house.
The TikToker revealed the wall trick he used to keep his home at the perfect temperature without an AC or heating.
In his video, the farmer (@field_to_farm) explained: "I built a hobbit house from dirt."
He told viewers that the tiny home was a project during the Covid lockdown.
When one follower asked why he made the space so small, he responded: "It has a pretty decent-sized room."
He told his audience that he used "800 sandbags and 10 tons of earth" to create the two-foot-thick walls in his tiny home.
The walls ensure the space "stays cool in the hot summer and warm in the coldest of winters."
He showed viewers inside the tiny home, which consisted of one large bedroom, supported by the trunk of the first tree he cut down on the farm.
The small hut even featured sword designs built from stone on the exterior of the door.
In a second video, he talked his followers through the well system he has in place on the farm.

He explained: "I got some off-grid land instead of buying a house five years ago now and the very first thing was to build this earthen house around this well."
The well allows him to have access to clean running water in his off-grid "hobbit house."
The construction pro has since added various structures to his homestead, including farming sheds.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the tiny home.
"I’ve saved my deposit. I’m making a mortgage appointment with my bank next week. I’m buying land or woodland instead of a house," wrote one inspired viewer.
Another impressed follower commented: "I love the little cob hobbit house."
"This is AMAZING!!! Good for you! Would be a dream, keep making it happen, awesome!" said a third person.
