WHILE many of us work away for eight hours a day in our 9-5 office slog, it seems as though more and more people are turning to side hustles to earn some extra cash.
One woman, Amanda J Martin, from Pennsylvania, was working in real estate but was fed up with the working hours and conditions.
While some months she was earning good money, other months were quiet and she was left concerned as to how she would bring the money in.
So she decided to pursue her own side hustle – a cleaning business.
Not only can Amanda now choose her own hours, she is also making tonnes of money too.
Amanda took to TikTok to open up about her side hustle as she posted a clip with the caption ‘And I loveeee to clean and organize’.

“Some months you make a lot of money and some months you make $0.
“You are running around, showing homes and you aren’t making any money – that is the reality of it.
“I was stressed and I knew that I didn’t want to go back to a 9-5 – I knew it wouldn’t work for real estate either – you can’t make your own schedule, you can’t leave when you need to leave or get there when you need to get there.
