ONE body-positive woman has shared that in her family's culture she can wear what she wants, despite what other think is inappropriate.

She shared a sensual video that shows off her physique and emphasizes that she likes to look good wherever she goes, even if it is a barbecue.

Content creator Lilly gives viewers a glimpse into her wardrobe as she shares the outfit that got her dress coded at a casual function.

The proud Latina shared a video on TikTok that has racked up over 45,000 likes because of her self-love-based sentiments and ownership of her curvy and toned body shape.

Lilly mentions that it's natural to overdress for social occasions, especially where her family is from in Mexico.

She embraces her love of her Mexican culture and sense of fashion throughout much of her social content on the platform.

I’m told my outfit was inappropriate for a memorial service

The video begins with a strategic image of Lilly looking at a camera as she sits in a pickup truck.

The words "Apparently this outfit was 'inappropriate' for a barbecue" are written at the top of the visual.

She then begins to exit the vehicle with the statements "Where I'm from we dress our best to get together" and "No matter how small they are" written on the screen.

The Mexican woman is wearing a gray mini dress with a matching brown jacket tossed on top and matching light brown over-the-knee boots.
