I'm a cleaning expert – the 99p hack to get rid of flies in your home & you’ve already got the product in your kitchen | The Sun

With the temperature heating up across the UK, many of us will enjoy basking in the sunshine.

But there's one main insect that is likely to cause an unwanted distraction – flies.

Thankfully, a cleaning expert who posts under the acronym @tanyahomeinspo, has revealed her super simple hack to help get rid of the pesky critters once and for all.

And the best part? You've likely got all of the products in your kitchen cupboards.

In a short clip shared to TikTok, she can be seen taking a small glass bowl and filling it up with a teaspoon of Fairy Liquid – which costs just 99p, and vinegar.

She then tops the solution up with water, before covering the bowl with cling film.
