THE self-styled 'CEO of Overlining Lips' has joked about awkwardly revealing what they really look like on a first date.
Ruth, who goes by Rxthism on social media, doubles the size of her pout using make-up, proving that you don’t need to go under the needle for a juicier smile.
To achieve the look, she draws around her mouth in one single swipe with liner before filling in between the lines with lipstick.
It’s a skill she has been able to master and execute quickly after years of overlining her lips.
The 22-year-old has built up a following on TikTok from sharing her method.
In a recent video, she shared herself wiping off dark burgundy lipstick paired with brown liner.

“Ok girls, but what do I tell him on the first date?” Ruth jokingly penned over the video.
“Just make them smaller every time you see him,” one viewer responded.
“No but that happened to me and when we kissed he was like, ‘wow your lips are really small’,” another shared.
“Now I have lip fillers.”

Some joked that Ruth can say she’s an “artist” and her lips are “how she expresses her art”.
Other viewers are blown away by her skills at overlining, insisting they “couldn’t even tell” that her real lips were small.
“Normally overlined lips are SO NOTICABLE, but I can't tell here,” one penned.
“I’m super impressed with your make-up skills,” another quipped. “I could never.
“You look beautiful either way though.”
“Tell him that you’re the real Kylie Jenner and someone just took your identity,” a third joked.
Last year, Ruth created her own lip liner and liquid lipstick set – better known as a lip kit – to get a flawless overline.
The influencer sells the kits through her brand Radiant Cosmetics.
