A MAKE-UP artist has raved about a £2.99 product that is her “holy grail for dry skin”.
According to Elizabeth Marley, Boots’ Traditional Glycerin and Rosewater is an “underrated” skincare product, which might come in particularly handy for you as the weather gets colder.
The toner is designed to soften and moisturise the skin with its cooling formula, being dubbed the perfect solution for parched winter skin.
“This is my holy grail for dry skin,” Elizabeth said in a TikTok video.
“Glycerine helps to keep the skin hydrated and protect the barrier.
“And rosewater is soothing and anti-inflammatory.”

“I don’t think I’m a big enough account to sell out a product,” Elizabeth replied. “It is a fantastic product.
