A MORTICIAN has revealed the issues that fake boobs can cause during an autopsy.
Gerald regularly shares updates about his unique job on his social media pages, and also answers questions from viewers.
One person asked if he sees "women corpses naked", and asked if he "looks away".
"If you're not naked when you come in, within 15, 20 minutes of getting in here, I get you naked," Gerald replied in a video on his TikTok page.
"So I do see naked women corpses and I don't look away, I'm sorry."
Gerald went on to admit that the addition of breast implants on a body can prove to be an issue – and he has to pay close attention to ensure he doesn't nick them.

"A lot of times, you've got fake boobies, and I gotta make sure I don't pop them," he said.
"So I gotta be paying attention – I can't be looking away while I'm doing my Y incision because I might pop your boob."
In fact, he's actually cut into an implant by mistake in the past, adding: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to.
"Sometimes they're just right there!"

The Y incision refers to the incision that's made from the tips of the shoulder on each side, which goes down and meets in the middle of the chest, roughly between the nipples.
The cut is then continued vertically down the front of the body.
"I need to do the Y incision so I have to go a little bit higher and then meet in the middle," he added.
"And then just try to go behind them so I don't pop them."
As for looking at the naked bodies, Gerald concluded: "I'm sorry, it's part of my job, it's just something I have to do.
"I mean, somebody's gotta do it, right?
"Might as well be me!"
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "If you do accidently pop one do you fill it in with something to make it look ''normal' if they're having a traditional funeral?"
While Gerald didn't reply, another mortician did, writing: "Lots of old ladies lose their boobs to their sides, lol gravity.
"I used to stuff the bras!"
"New anxiety unlocked," another commented.
"Ugh I'm sooo scared to be embarrassed even after death!!" a third admitted.
As someone else wrote: "You have a very important role, not everyone can handle this.
"I’m very impressed that you are able to to it.
"I just couldn’t imagine it, so thank you!"
