AFTER transforming her body, a fitness guru revealed the foods that got her there.
She said eating in a calorie surplus and incorporating high protein foods helped her grow muscle and shape her glutes.
Self-proclaimed “fairy quad mother” Danica Doble (@danicadfit), as she writes in her TikTok bio, said she didn’t always have the toned and shapely backside that she rocks today.
After showing before and after pictures of her figure, she revealed the five foods that helped her transform it.
“Disclaimer: in order to grow any sort of muscle you need to be eating in a calorie surplus,” she advised in the clip.
First up on her list was an ingredient that took zero effort to incorporate into any meal.
“Every single day I would use some sort of protein supplement.”
She flashed a photo of the IsoGold protein powder and said that brand was one of her favorites.
“I would put it in my oats or make protein pancakes.
“It’s just a super easy and effective way to get protein in. It might not be the healthiest, but it gets the job done.”

Sticking with easy meals, she said she “used protein bars to [her] advantage.”
Danica noted that Grenade Carb Killa’s Salted Caramel flavor was her go-to when she was craving something sweet.
“These are super convenient, especially if you’re a student like me.”
If you’re looking for a more substantial dish, she proved chicken is the perfect base.
“I’d make chicken and rice or chicken Caesar salads. You can’t go wrong with chicken.”
Its diversity made it a win for her.
“You can make any meal as fancy or as boring as you want with chicken.”
Not in the mood to season or sauté? Go for some canned tuna instead.
“I’d make tuna sandwiches or I would literally eat it straight out of the bowl with some mayo. So good, so convenient, high in protein.”
Her final fav was Greek yogurt.
“Super high in protein and super good, especially with some granola and honey.”
