But it's not just footballer WAGS who live the high life – the other-halves of snooker champions are giving them a run for their money.
It might not seem like the most glamorous sport in the world, but it’s got a strong fanbase and the industry is estimated to be worth £300 million.
With sponsorships, tournament winnings and, thanks to world champion Ronnie O’Sullivan paving the way, potential streaming deals, there’s money to be made in snooker.

Before aptly starring in the ITV drama Footballers’ Wives, she worked as a model.
Laila, 52, and Ronnie, 48, met in 2012 when she had a viewing at his home and Ronnie's dad showed her around the property.
The snooker ace later got in touch with Laila through the estate agent to ask her out and they became engaged the following year.
Earlier this year, she flogged her £1.1 million Essex manion to reportedly move in with Ronnie – sparkly rumours that marriage may be on the cards.

Laila, who was raised Muslim by her Indian mum and Moroccan father, holidays in beautiful countries like Dubai, Egypt and Morocco.

Snooker champ meets his match
Long before settling down with her husband of 12 years, Vikki Selby (nee Layton) competed in two snooker tournaments between 2003 and 2004.
She met her husband Mark Selby, 40, during the World Pool Championship in 2006 and the rest, as they say, was history.
Thanks to his mammoth success, Mark proposed to Vikki on the Venice Grand Canal and the pair tied the knot in a beautiful beachside ceremony in Mexico in 2011.
They share daughter Sofia together and spend their summers holidaying in lavish resorts and courtside at Wimbledon.
Speaking on the early days of their relationship, Vikki revealed that Mark lived in a flat in Leicester that “had nothing at all” inside.
The pair certainly upgraded their lifestyle, with Mark splashing out on a £215k Lamborghini Huracan in 2018 and buying a mansion in Leicestershire ten years ago with a heated indoor pool.
Former Miss Blackpool
She parties with the likes of boxers Tyson Fury, Joe Calzaghe and football legend Paul Gascoigne, but Jade Slusarczyk first made a name for herself as a Sky Sports walk-on girl.
That’s also how she met her beau Jimmy White, whom she has been in a relationship with for five years.
The 61-year-old snooker legend won four seniors World titles and is a legend in the game.
When he met former Miss Blackpool Jade, 38, at the Snooker Shoot Out, he told a little fib that immediately endeared him to the beauty queen.
"He told me he was 35 when I met him, I didn’t even know who he was or that he was famous," she previously revealed.
Fast forward ten years, the pair go on regular sunny holidays and host star-studded snooker events together.
Glamour queen Jade can often be spotted at major sporting events in beautiful bodycon dresses and perfectly-styled long-dark locks.
Although they have reportedly discussed marriage, the loved-up couple are believed to still live apart.
The one that got away
They may have recently separated, but Stella English’s relationship with snooker pro Ali Carter was one for the books.
After she won The Apprentice, the blonde beauty shacked up with Ali in 2016 and fell pregnant a year later.
Around the same time, he was back in the snooker top 16 rankings and life was looking up following a battle with testicular cancer in 2013.
