A KITCHEN whizz has spilled the details on her low-calorie cinnamon rolls.
She claimed her recipe for the sweet treat tastes good and helped her lose weight.
Leah Roga (@leah.roga) filmed herself whipping up the cinnamon rolls in a video on TikTok.
"This is by far the best recipe," she said. "Here are low calorie cinnamon rolls. 50 calories each."
She filmed her ingredients, instructing viewers to first add 100 grams of self-rising flour and non fat Greek yogurt to a bowl.
"You're just going to mix it up until you have a dough mixture," she added.
Leah rolled the dough into a square shape, adding some olive oil spray.
Next, she got straight to the sweet part of the process.
"I'm going to spread about a tablespoon of maple syrup all over the dough," she said.
While she added that granulated sugar can be used for the next step, she shared a lower calorie alternative.

"I found this swerve brown sugar and I feel like it'll probably taste better in this recipe so I'm going to go ahead and just coat the dough evenly with this," she said.
Next, she rolled up the dough, cutting it into eight pieces.
"I'm going to throw these in the air fryer for about 12 to 15 minutes at 350 [degrees]," she said.
Leah used the spare time to make an icing to finish off her cinnamon rolls.
"Here is Swerve's confectioner sugar and I'm just going to add this to a bowl [and] mix with a little bit of almond milk," she said.
She specified that while water could be used in place of almond milk, she went with the latter to make it taste better.
"These look insane," she said of the rolls. "Oh this one might be my favorite one yet."
