Kate Middleton married Prince William in 2011 in Westminster Abbey. She later welcomed her first child in 2013, a baby boy whom they called Prince George. Princess Charlotte was later born in 2015, followed by Prince Louis in 2018.

The Duchess of Cambridge has curated the perfect style for her over the last 11 years.

But what is so unique about the Duchess’ footwear?

Although sometimes Kate can be seen wearing trainers or Wellington boots, Daena Borrowman, Marketing Manager at jewellerybox exclusively told Express.co.uk that Kate is “always seen out and about in heels”.

She said: “She is always seen out and about in heels, come rain or shine.

“Her favourite footwear brands include Tod’s, LK Bennett, Gianvito Rossi and Aquatalia.

“Her secret is that she has broken in classic pieces by brands which works for her and often purchases the same design in different colours.”

However, Kate has a heel-hack for constantly being able to wear stiletto heels.

According to Vanity Fair, Kate rarely steps out without shoe inserts in her royal pumps.

The Duchess reportedly uses Britain-made Alice Bow inserts, having ordered multiple packs throughout the years.

Made by British designer Rachel Bowditch, the inner soles are designed to cushion the balls of her feet and heels.

The fashion expert expanded on Kate’s style and her secrets for nailing down a particular look for the Duchess.

Daena continued: “The Duchess of Cambridge certainly dresses for the role of a Queen-in-waiting.

“While she has had style rehauls over the years, she has finally nailed down her style essence.

“Central to which, is a big coat.

“Perhaps the current Queen has inspired her to play with bold colours.

“This is because she has been spotted in a lot of bold, monochromatic outfits.”

Daena went on to talk about Kate’s talent for re-wearing clothes and inspiring Britons to follow suit.

She added: “Kate teaches us the value of investing in well-made key wardrobe staples.

“She has perfected the art of re-wearing.

“Kate often swaps accessories or dresses up older coats with statement scarves.

“By doing this, the Duchess is validating time and again that reusing old clothes can be glamorous.”
