LET'S be honest- it can be challenging enough to get our kids to exercise at the best of times.
But now we're in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, it's downright impossible.
That said, one savvy mum has revealed how she's got her daughters excited to exercise again by creating an indoor cycling studio.
And while that might sound incredibly fancy, it's actually very easy to do.
Posting on Facebook, American mum-of-two Tracy Juliano set her daughters' bikes up in front of the TV and secured the wheels using her trainers.
Sharing the sweet clip of her kids enjoying their exercise class, Tracy wrote: "Today’s activity. Homemade kids Peloton bikes!"
To begin with, Tracey streamed a Pelaton workout to inspire her daughters to work up a sweat .
But after a while, Tracy's eldest daughter balanced a smartphone on her bike's basket so she could watch cartoons as she worked out. What a little legend.
Her video has since been shared 270,000 times and been viewed by over 6.5 MILLION people.
And needless to say, parents are loving the idea.
