WE all want to know the secret to looking younger for longer, well one woman might've just found it.
Belicia Arnold, from Australia, revealed her mum's secret to looking like she's in her 20s, despite actually being 51-years-old.
It's not expensive creams or luxurious serums the mum swears by – it's a simple fruit juice she drinks daily.
The four-ingredient juice contains apples, oranges, carrots, and a small amount of ginger – and there are no added powers, proteins or supplements.
According to Belicia, her mum has been drinking the same juice for 20 years, and has even used the same trusty blender for all of that time.
"She would make this for me and my sisters and it would give us the most amazing energy boost, not to mention all the benefits it can give you and your skin," Belicia raved.

Each ingredient is added to the juice for a specific purpose, she explained her mum added carrots because they're said to help with eyesight, oranges for vitamin C, apples for fibre and ginger to help with inflammation.
It's no wonder that the mum's skin looks so good, according to Yahoo! ginger is in fact known for it's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
They explained: "The antioxidant compounds stimulate blood circulation to the skin, supplying it with nutrients and removing toxins.
"These properties also prevent sun damage and damage from free radicals. All of this doesn’t just improve your skin’s appearance it also improves its elasticity helping it stay firm."

Meanwhile, apples have several benefits too including guarding the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals in the environment.
The popular fruit is said to also aid in repairing damaged skin from UV rays and air pollution.
And oranges are one of the best foods when it comes to antiaging too.
A study of 4,025 women aged 40 to 74 found vitamin C-rich foods, like oranges, reduced the risk of wrinkles by 36%.
Finally, although many believe it's a myth that carrots can help with your eyesight, there might be some truth to it, meaning it's the perfect ingredient for the skin juice.
The pros at Gailey Eye Clinic explained: " Carrots won’t improve your visual acuity if you have less than perfect vision.
"A diet of carrots won’t give a blind person 20/20 vision. But, the vitamins found in the vegetable can help promote overall eye health.
"Carrots contain beta-carotene, a substance that the body converts to vitamin A, an important nutrient for eye health."
