A TINY home company that converts vans into homes on wheels has showcased its latest design with a huge bathroom and office space.
On YouTube, the company ADF Sprinter regularly shows off its latest concepts to suit the different needs of people who want to try out van life.
In a recent video, entitled "Arguable the largest bathroom in a campervan," ADF Sprinters takes viewers on a tour of the newest build called The Julio.
The custom-made 170 Sprinter, 3500 all-wheel van was designed to the client's request to be able to "focus on productivity while on the road."
As a result, the company installed a single-space mobile desk with a fully maneuverable desktop that can be detached and used elsewhere.
After showing off the kitchen with a marble countertop, padded cupboard edgings to protect heads, and a stylish bench that is for sitting and sleeping, Zach from ADF Sprinters then showed off the bathroom.
"Behind me, we have our garage bathroom combo area," he told viewers.
He enters through a curtain at the rear of the van and the double doors at the rear are open so viewers get the full picture.
"We're in the garage bathroom hybrid space, this was designed to keep gear inside the van nice and safe and secure but also provide you plenty of modular storage," Zach said.
The new owner of the Julio van has a high-end electric mountain bike that neatly mounts on the wall at the rear of the van and is securely locked away when the doors are shut.

The space is also "completely water sealed" meaning that it's perfect for cleaning a filthy bike.
There is also a toilet connected to a doedic Blackwater tank that pumps waste directly into a tank that can be drained at an RV dumping site.
In addition to this, there is a venting fan at the top to ensure that the air is always fresh and a flip-up shelf for keeping things off the floor so they stay dry while showering.
The two-person van "is designed to offer our clients the flexibility to work remotely while also providing ample space for recreational equipment and a sense of spaciousness," ADF Sprinters said.
Viewers were impressed with the conversion, with one calling it a "masterpiece."
"Thanks for the walkthrough. This van is a masterpiece! How are your build slots looking for 2024?" they asked.
However, others wanted to see more of the huge bathroom that the video promised them.
"You should of moved the bike to show the bathroom. I wanted to see the big bathroom with the shower, but there was a bike in the way, lol!" one wrote in the comments.
Another agreed and suggested that the bathroom was not that unique for a converted van and that ADF Sprinters had overpromised.
"I know. I wanted to see it too. It looks like it's the same, factory-made, kit bathroom unit that's installed in all the vans with back bathrooms," they said.
"I guess he assumes that we don't watch other videos. I don't appreciate the lie."
A third called the video "clickbait" claiming the van has a "basic factory kit bathroom."
