A SAVVY travel whizz has revealed her clever hack for ensuring her bag is never pickpocketed while on holiday.
Known as Synnøve Årdal, the Norwegian beauty took to her social media account to share her hack.
Explaining that it might “sound stupid”, she said she’d discovered the best way to prevent herself from being the target of a pickpocket.
“This is the safest way to not get your bag stolen on holiday,” she said.
Dressed in a light beige skirt alongside an oversized blue shirt that was half tucked in, she draped a handbag over one shoulder.
“You know how you carry a bag like that?” she then asked, before revealing another method of wearing a bag.

“Instead do this,” she said as she let go of one of the two straps. She then weaved her body through the gap to fit around her waist.
Finally, she picked up the other side of the strap and placed this over her shoulder.
It meant that the strap was both tied around her waist and over her shoulder, making it extra secure.
“No one is going to steal that,” she declared. “They can’t. They can’t just take that and run away. It’s stuck to you.

In the caption, TikTok user @synnoveardal added: “This might sound stupid but I always do this if I walk around in a sketchy area.
“Does everyone do it? Like I think it’s so smart.”
People were quick to comment on Synnøve’s post as one person wrote: “It actually looks really good, so clever!” alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
She replied: “Yes it looks good too, you kind of get a little belt that makes your waist look smaller too”.
Another posted: “That was so smooth!” as a third shared: “Smart!!”
A fourth said: “Miss, I think you just dropped something… my jaw. This looks great!” followed by a shocked face emoji.
