WITH summer been and gone, drying your washing isn't as easy as just hanging it outside in the sunshine any more.
But, if your tumble dryer has packed up or you just don't want to fork out on extortionate energy prices by turning it on, then no fear…because there's a super cheap and effective way you can dry your laundry in the winter months.
Leanne Robson took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group and revealed the £9 bargain buy she swears by.
In a photo uploaded online, she can be seen using a clothes rail, which can be bought from Ikea, to dry her wet washing.
After securing it from wall to wall, she then spaces her clothes out so they have enough room to dry.
Alongside the image, she penned: "Buzzing with my new clothes rail. Saving me a fortune on rainy days.
