Aldi's popular wooden toy range is back – and prices start from just £15 | The Sun

ALDI has returned with its popular wooden toy range – which this year includes a mini launderette and supermarket checkout.

As Christmas shoppers start undoing their purse strings, Aldi has the perfect gift idea for their imaginative tots.

Kids this festive season can enjoy a wooden launderette unit for £34.99 – as well as their very own Aldi checkout priced at £39.99.

The launderette comes with a washing machine and hanging area, which even includes the cutest clothes to pretend-wash.

The mini checkout includes a moving conveyer belt, card reader and card, play money, grocery divider and paper shopping bag.

But the cheapest items cost just £14.99 – you can nab an adorable nativity scene for that price, or a selection of hand puppets to go with a wooden play shop and theatre.

These toys will be available to buy from September 25.

The full range will be sold online only – so you'll need to factor in any delivery costs.

These could be more expensive if the item is larger or you live further away.

You can check how close you are to your nearest Aldi supermarket using this handy store locator.

The toy range is a SpecialBuy. These are items which change from week to week and are in limited quantities – so you'll need to be quick.

And remember to scout around other supermarkets for more toy deals – you never know what you can find elsewhere for less.

For example, Asda is currently hosting a huge toy sale with items up to 40% off.

Some of the biggest savings include this Playmobil Dino Set which is £44 cheaper.

There's also this cottage gift set – down by £30.
