There’s nothing better than discovering a beauty product that celebrities can’t live without, and it’s even better when that product is not only affordable – but its also on sale.
The Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation, £33.75 here, has just been reduced from £45 in LookFantastic’s sale, and it turns out it’s one of the A-list’s makeup must-haves.
The multi-award winning hydrating foundation has a radiant, satin finish, that makes it perfect for giving your skin a dewy glow during the colder months, and it was reportedly the foundation of choice for Ariana Grande on her wedding day back in 2021.
Although there hasn’t been official confirmation of it being used, according toCosmopolitanthe foundation is the go-to for Ariana’s wedding day makeup artist, Ash K Holm, making it a pretty safe bet that she used it to create the Thank U Next singer’s glowy complexion.
It’s not just Ari who has been spotted wearing the cult-favourite foundation, as Kim Kardashian has been very vocal about her love of the Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation, £33.75 here, in the past.
Ash K Holm is also one of Kim’s go-to makeup artists and she’s shared several BTS looks at how she creates Kim’s signature bronzed, glowy makeup, including using the Armani foundation every time, and Kim herself has shared some beauty tips in her own makeup videos.
During one at-home makeup tutorial, Kim revealed that she applies Armani’s Fluid Sheer Highlighter, £22.88 here (was £30.50), to her skin first to get a little extra glow, before buffing the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation, £33.75 here, over the top to create the ultimate radiant sheen.
Fun fact for you; Kim also applies the foundation to her lips and the back of her neck, which might seem excessive, but when you’re photographed as much as Kim K is, we can’t blame her for wanting to make sure her skin looks flawless from every angle.
Amongst the other celebs known to have used the foundation are Meghan Markle, Rebel Wilson and Cate Blanchett, giving it a resounding A-list approval.
Although it’s currently on sale over on LookFantastic, if paying £33 for the celeb-loved foundation is a bit too much for you, the L’Oreal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Foundation, £10.99 here, has been touted as an affordable alternative to the Armani foundation thanks to its medium coverage and silky, radiance-boosting finish. It also comes in 47 different shades, making it easier to find the colour that suits you.
We’re on board with anything that gives us A-list skin on a budget!
