Disney fan slammed for Peter Pan tattoo that looks like ‘Tinkerbell on crack’

When a Disney fan showed off their new tattoo, they probably didn't expect to get such a negative reaction.

The inking shows Tinkerbell in a very different light to her child-friendly persona.

Instead of sprinkling fairy dust around and messing about with mermaids, the Peter Pan character is depicted swigging alcohol.

She also appears to have a cigarette in hand, inked arms and a hooped piercing on her wings.

People weren't very keen on the interpretation of J.M. Barrie's character – and they thought the artist's execution was pretty terrible too.

One commenter joked: "That's not Tinkerbell, that's her sister Stinkerbell. And that's not fairy dust, it's angel dust."

Another laughed: "She looks like she's on crack."

A third wrote: "Her eye is literally popping out of her head."

And a fourth simply said: "There's a lot to unpack here."

Oh well, hopefully they liked the inking at least!

This isn't the only Disney-themed inking to go viral for the wrong reason.

Two tattoo lovers decided to get matching Beauty and the Beast designs etched onto their arms.

The girl got a delicate rose and her boyfriend opted for the bell-jar container that the flower is kept in during the film.

But sadly, many were quick to say that the inking of the glass container looked a little inappropriate.

One Redditor said: “Really thought it was a condom for a second.”

And another agreed: “The rose is OK. It’s just your basic rose. The bell jar does look like a condom or a Taco Bell bell."
