Some day their prince may come, but for the moment these princesses and royal aristocrats are having a great time being young and single – with some modelling, fashion design and charity work thrown in for good measure.
Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark

Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark, 27, is the most recently single of our royal bachelorettes, having recently split up with her long-term partner, Peregrine Pearson, son and heir of the 4th Viscount Cowdray.
For three consecutive summers, the couple holidayed together but this year they went their separate ways.
Olympia was born in New York City and is the oldest child and only daughter of Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece, and Marie-Chantal Miller.
Her grandfather was King Constantine, a relation of Prince Philip, who was exiled from Greece following the abolition of the Greek monarchy in 1973.
The family chose to relocate to London, where their five children spent most of their childhoods.
Today, the goddaughter of King Charles is a successful model, having graced the runway for the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, and enjoys sharing insight into her daily life with her 296k followers on Instagram.
Princess Elisabeth of Belgium

She then completed a one-year course in social and military sciences at the Royal Military Academy, which is said to teach about the four components of Belgian defence: Army, Air Force, Navy and Medical.
In October 2021, the Princess began studying History and Politics at Lincoln College, Oxford. The high-achieving Princess, who is fluent in Dutch, French, German and English, continues to juggle her degree with military training back home.

Lady Amelia is on the books of Storm Management, the agency which once represented Kate Moss, and has modelled for brands including Dolce & Gabbana.
Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands

The Princess attended school at the Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet in The Hague before she decided to take a gap year before starting her degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics at the University of Amsterdam last September.
However, Catharina-Amalia was forced to move out of her student accommodation and return to The Hague the following month fearing a gangland plot to kidnap her.

In May, she achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from the University of Southern California and graduated in the same class as Sasha Obama – the younger daughter of the former US president.

Although 26th in line to the throne, she leads a quiet life in Paris where she shares a flat with friends in the French capital, having she moved in September to study jewellery and photography.
Her creative instincts are likely to have been nurtured by her amicably divorced parents the Earl of Snowdon – a carpenter and creator of luxury goods – and Serena, Countess of Snowdon, a keen amateur sculptor.
Her late grandfather was renowned portrait photographer Antony, Earl of Snowdon, who was married to the late Queen’s sister, Princess Margaret, from 1960 to 1978.

Following her parents’ divorce, her mother moved her siblings to the United Kingdom, her father ordered Sirivannavari’s return to Thailand. She is also the only one of their children in the line of succession and to bear royal titles.
Sirivannavari graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chulalongkorn University and a master’s in design from Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne.
Since then, she has developed her own fashion line, called Sirivannavari and her designs – which typically focus on elegant silhouettes – have been internationally recognised.
Also an accomplished sportswoman, the royal represented Thailand in badminton at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games and competed as a member of the Thai equestrian sports team in the 2013 and 2017 SEA Games.

While she may be related to royalty, Marina, who was 25th in line for the throne, forfeited her place in the line of succession in 2008 after being confirmed into the Roman Catholic Church.

The Italian heiress, 20, is the daughter of Prince Carlo, Duke of Castro – who holds a claim to the now defunct throne of the former House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies – and Princess Camilla.
Born in Rome in 2003, Princess Maria Carolina is a jet-setter, dividing her time between Paris, Monte Carlo and Rome. Most recently, she and her sister Chiara, 18, have been spending much of August in France, enjoying get-togethers with several royals.
An accomplished linguist, she’s fluent in six languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian), and has studied jointly at Harvard and the International University of Monte Carlo, as well as London’s Istituto Marangoni.
Not only does she have brains, but Carolina has also modelled for Chopard and worked with the likes of Louis Vuitton and Pucci, as well as honing her skills as a social media influencer.

Princess Tsuguko of Takamado, 37, is a member of the Imperial House of Japan and the eldest daughter of Norihito, Prince Takamado, and Hisako, Princess Takamado.
She attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland until 2008 where she studied Criminal Psychology and Sociology, but she dropped out. She eventually graduated from the School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University with a bachelor’s degree.
And today, Princess Tsuguko works at the Japan Committee for UNICEF, occasionally participating with the activities of the Imperial family.
