When is Black Friday 2023?

Black Friday 2023 falls on November 24 this year.

The annual shopping event always falls the day after US holiday Thanksgiving.

It's the first day of the 'Cyber Weekend' shopping offers.

The Black Friday began as a solely American tradition.

However, in past years, it's become an increasingly global affair – and it's now a massive event here in the UK.

It's a brilliant chance to buy a special product like a Fitbit at a much lower price, or perhaps to treat a loved one – or even get going with your Christmas shopping for 2023.

Is Fitbit taking part in Black Friday this year?

Previously, Fitbit and the retailers that stock them have taken part in Black Friday sales – so this year should be no different.

We haven't yet had confirmation from Fitbit itself, but lots of other retailers have already kicked off their deals.

The Cyber Weekend is a great time to pick yourself up one of the fitness trackers at a reduced price.

This year, we'll be expecting big deals on some of the older Fitbit models, now that newer version like Sense, Versa and Inspire are on the market.

So you can choose between a slightly older model at a much-reduced rate, or a new model with a smaller but still decent discount.

What to expect from Fitbit’s Black Friday sale 2023

Usually, there's one particular model that will frequent the sales and be generously discounted, sometimes by up to £80, with other models tending to have up to £30 off.

It's worth noting that whilst products might not be heavily discounted, you might also find Black Friday is when you might get freebies on subscriptions, personalisation and other extras.

We've already seen that, with retailers offering six months' free Fitbit Premium membership with your purchase.

Or you might find there's a great bundle to be had, giving you an overall discount on both your Fitbit and another useful product.

Make sure you shop around to check out all of these different deals.

What was in Fitbit’s sale last year?

For Black Friday last year, customers saw pretty similar deals across the board, with many retailers offering the same sort of prices.

We've listed some of our favourites below:

  • Fitbit Charge 5 Health and Fitness Tracker, £99.99, save £30 – buy here

When is Cyber Monday 2023 and is Fitbit taking part?

Cyber Monday always falls after Black Friday.

This year, it takes place on November 27 – keeping the fun going from Black Friday on November 24.

Traditionally Cyber Monday was seen as the 'online only' part of the sales.

But the whole long weekend of sales is usually online too, meaning plenty of choice as you browse all the different retailers' websites to compare deals.

Also, lots of retailers now keep their deals going throughout the Cyber Weekend.

Last year we even saw deals extend into early December – just ahead of the festive period.

That gives you even longer to find the best deal, and to get your Christmas shopping done.

When does Fitbit's Black Friday sale start?

We're not 100% sure yet that Fitbit will take part in Black Friday.

If it does, it's likely to launch its deals on the day itself: so November 24.

We'll let you know for sure soon – so keeping check back!

However, lots of other retailers that stock Fitbit are already launching their deals.

There are probably going to be more deals, and even better ones, on the Black Friday weekend.

But if you spot a good Fitbit deal for you right now, then go for it – before someone else does!

You might also find that retailers, which are all competing for your business, lower their prices more than Fitbit.

When does Fitbit's Black Friday sale end?

If Fitbit does run its own Black Friday sale, then it will probably end on Cyber Monday.

That's November 27 this year – and it's the official end of this amazing weekend of bargains.

However, the end date can vary among different brands and retailers.

In recent years, some have kept the party going long after Cyber Monday.

You might find a great deal in late November, or even December, if you keep hunting.

Some retailers offer their lowest prices yet as they try to finish up their sale stock – so you mind just find the ultimate bargain if you can hold out that long.

How accurate is Fitbit?

Although Fitbits are thought to be accurate, they are not perfect.

The number of steps can be under or over-counted depending on a few factors including the surface you're running or walking on as well as where the device is worn.

Does Fitbit offer any other discounts?

Fitbit currently offers a 20% student discount.

You'll also be able to get 20% if you're an NHS worker.

However, the brand isn't currently running any military discounts, but there are always plenty of deals available if you shop around.

Before you buy any Black Friday Fitbit deal, don't forget to check for retailer discounts at The Sun Vouchers.

How much does Fitbit's delivery cost?

Fitbit offers free shipping from its online store on orders over £40, and standard delivery usually takes up to three working days.

If you want to receive your purchase quicker, next-day delivery costs £8.
