The ergonomic groove keeps your spine correctly aligned and the pillow is designed with an underhang so that your shoulders can rest comfortably when sleeping on your back.
The pillow is also an effective aid for conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica and whiplash.
It’s incredibly comfortable and while I’m not a huge fan of memory foam, it gave me a brilliant night’s sleep.

THE Sleep SOS pillow spray from the Drowsy Sleep Company smells amazing.
This award-winning synthetic-free spray is a mix of bergamot, lavender, geranium, ylang ylang, vetiver, cedarwood and patchouli which all have sleep-inducing properties and smell heavenly mixed together.
I adore this spray and now spritz it onto my pillow 15 minutes before I get into bed.
