Gene Simmons Lists His Extravagant Las Vegas Mansion For $14.95 Million

The lavish property of Gene Simmons property sits on an 11,000 square foot land which is located near the Las Vegas strip. It is said to be a modern desert mansion that features a spectacular private garden that includes walking trails next to the house.

The mansion offers great valley views, which have a contemporary-inspired architecture that offers exclusivity and privacy to the owners. It features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms that were scattered on the three-level mansion. Some of the amenities include an outdoor courtyard that has a floating walkway on a koi pond and has 11 attached garage spaces, four on the main garage, and seven cars on the underground garage.

The owner of the mansion will enjoy the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows where the city lights of Las Vegas can be directly seen. Another prominent feature of the mansion is the stunning three-tiered glass wall overlooking the pool view. The buyer will enjoy cooking in the kitchen of the mansion since it has a customized contemporary design with shining red accents all throughout the dual center island. The kitchen also includes an elongated breakfast bar that can cater to seven people.

The minimalist pool outside the house will surely be great to beat the Las Vegas heat that also contains a hot tub that would be perfect for a romantic evening. Stunning views of the little forest on the property with 130 trees will help the new owners enjoy nature; the costs of the trees alone are estimated to be $1 million.

According to the interview of Gene Simmons on the Review Journal, this is the first property he bought in Las Vegas, and this is also the first time he will sell a property just months after owning it. He currently owns a few houses, but he decided to move his entire family to Vegas; however, after experiencing the intense heat in the area, they decided not to move. Simmons then tried to stay in the mansion for months, but he eventually started doing concert tours, and since his family did not fancy the idea of staying there, the place was left empty.
