A BEAUTY enthusiast has shared how she banishes dark circles around the eye area with an easy homemade 5p method.
As well as genetics, one of the most common causes for dark under-eyes is lack of sleep – this, one whizz, Dr. Mary Sommerlad, explained is because not resting enough makes your skin paler, "meaning dark tissues and blood vessels beneath your skin show more easily''.
Luckily, whilst there are numerous products in the beauty industry that claim to tackle this issue, one woman has come to rescue with an easy hack.
The best part? Not only does it work wonders but you also won't need to dash to the nearest shop, as all the key ingredients are already sitting in your kitchen.
According to Dani Cole, the answer to brighter eyes is simple – a homemade mixture consisting of common cupboard essentials, including coffee.
Taking to TikTok, the stunner demonstrated how she made the cheap scrub-like remedy – the first step was adding a teaspoon of ground coffee to a bowl, which is then followed with the same amount of liquid honey.

To make it easier to apply, Dani also chucked in a little water and gave the mix a good stir to combine the ingredients.
Then simply put it under your eyes and let it work its magic – according to fellow beauty fanatics, the mask should be left on for around ten to 15 minutes.
''I make a new one each time and I do it 1-2 times a week,'' Dani added in the comments.
